The pages on this server are dedicated to image processing and compression, video processing and compression and parallel processing (and related topics). Recently we also headed towards watermarking. They are maintained by some people forming the Ganesh group and they are still under construction (like every server on the WWW :-)
Our group has its home (which means rooms, support and so on) at the department of Scientific Computing, the department of Mathematics, and the Research Institute for Software Technology, all of them residing at the University of Salzburg.
